When Volkswagen asked us whether we had any ideas on to how to sell the running boards for their SUV’s in an engaging way on their social channels, we jumped at the opportunity.
We put forward three humorous treatments ranging from spoof public service film to a Mr Whippy ice cream analogy but they went with our “Overrated’ Concept. And with 35k views on Facebook, 398 comments, 35 shares we think it probably had the desired effect.
